Oh Marissa, you are nothing short of amazing! I came into store for my first ever bridal experience and you made me feel so at ease! My mum came over from America and I wanted to have the chance to experience it with her, Marissa you made it so magical! I never expected to say yes to the dress on the first appointment, but when you no you no! Thank you so much!

Amazing experience! Fab bridal shop with great staff who are hands on and very knowledgeable! Communication through instagram was easy, prompt replies to any queries I had about my booking, I booked the VIB package for me and my 4 bridesmaids so I could try on wedding dresses whilst we sipped Prosecco and indulged in some cakes, Eleanor greeted us and got to know me and asked about my wedding before walking us through the shop, she assisted with picking out styles of dresses after we discussed what styles I liked, I really valued her opinion as well as my bridesmaids but with her experience she spoke honestly and professionally about what suited me and from my reactions and asked me how the dress felt or made me feel which gave me confidence in my decision to say YES TO THE DRESS!
Even though we did run over the time slot as it was midweek and we were having too much fun, I didn’t feel rushed or pressured, I can’t wait to come back and try my dress on again in a few months, thank you Birdcage Bridal for such a lovely experience as a 2026 bride to be xxx
